Set a personal goal: Complete 200 wellness activities from January 7 – December 6

Choose your activity:

  • PT/OT
  • Swimming
  • Strength Training
  • Or an activity of your choice

Each activity should total 15 minutes or more. Challenge yourself and stay active all year!
