Bringing the Akron community together to get students and families prepared for back to school, the LeBron James Family Foundation is proud to host ALL IN AKRON on Thursday, August 7th at House Three Thirty and I PROMISE HealthQuarters alongside presenting partners Chase, Starbucks and Signal Akron. In an event for the entire community, the first 2,000 attendees can receive backpacks full of school supplies, free haircuts from Sports Clips barbers, their choice of either one Strawberry Refresher from Starbucks OR a scoop of Mitchell’s ice cream from the Sweet Shop, as well as access to a wide variety of community resources on-site.
The event also commemorates the one-year anniversary of LJFF’s I PROMISE HealthQuarters, a comprehensive community-based primary care center offering medical, dental and optometry supports with on-site lab services and a reduced-cost pharmacy provided by AxessPointe as well as mental health services from Coleman Health Services. Located directly across from our House Three Thirty, guests of this event are invited to I PROMISE HealthQuarters for sports physicals, onsite screenings, free hand sanitizer and other health resources. I PROMISE HealthQuarters is open to all of Summit County.
