Set a personal goal: Complete 200 wellness activities
Duration: January 7 – December 6

Choose your activity:
• Biking
• Hiking
• Swimming
• Strength Training
• Or an activity of your choice

Each activity should total 15 minutes or more
Challenge yourself and stay active all year!

Everyone is welcome!

Open to individuals of all ages and ability levels.

Inclusive and adaptable for all fitness levels.
